Running a contests is a great way to draw in clients. You could have a monthly draw from all the clients you serviced that month and give something that would be appreciated by your clients. How about a free hair evaluation for new and existing clients? How many salons offer this? Likely very few. Most clients have never heard of such a thing but I can bet you they will appreciate it. Do you know when your clients are celebrating any special occasions such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries etc? Giving your clients a special discount on such an event will go a long way in retaining them
